Program Manager

The Ulysses S. Grant Institute for the Study of Democracy seeks a program manager who will establish and oversee voting-related research projects, communicate with grantees and other stakeholders, and share findings with key audiences.

The program manager will help design research studies, allocate grant awards, and monitor progress and fulfilment of
objectives. The research projects that the program manager will oversee are designed to study, for example, the effects of voter ID laws, the practical experience of mail-in voting, and issues surrounding non-citizen voting. The ideal candidate has strong organizational, communications, and problem-solving skills, and an interest in a high-quality election process.
